Job Description

The Painter is responsible for preparing and finishing interior and exterior surfaces to project specifications. This role includes surface preparation, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on residential and commercial construction projects.
Job Description:
Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and priming. Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Protect surrounding areas from paint damage. Ensure clean, professional finishes. Follow safety and job site procedures.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a residential or commercial painter. Knowledge of surface preparation (sanding, scraping, priming). Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and paint application methods. Familiarity with different paint types and finishes. Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding. Attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to follow safety procedures. Must be a W-2 employee with legal authorization to work in the U.
S Pay:
$31.25 per hour
