Salt & Spray Painting & Faux Finishes is looking for the right person to join our team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Professional Painter to deliver high-quality results across residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through proper preparation, precise application, and attention to detail that meets our company's standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, use advanced tools and techniques, and continue developing your skills. We do not cut corners or rush jobs—our focus is on doing the work the right way and delivering a finished product we stand behind.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, wood filling, and priming to ensure proper adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers Perform specialty finishes including plaster, epoxy systems, microcement, and other decorative applications Assist with related trades such as light carpentry, stucco repair, masonry, and drywall restoration when needed Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including sprayers, sanders, and drills Set up and work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts while following all safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job siteQualifications:
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating applications Experience with airless sprayers, tools, and job site setup Ability to work in a team environment and follow job site safety standards High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism, and growth, we want to hear from you.
