Our work ranges from high-end custom finishes to fast-paced production painting, so we are looking for team members who take pride in quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements Candidates must be:

Responsible and dependable Punctual and reliable Professional in appearance and attitude Honest and hardworking Able to communicate respectfully with coworkers and clients Professional conduct is extremely important to our company. Clean appearance, respectful communication, and appropriate jobsite behavior are required at all times. Unprofessional or offensive language will not be tolerated. Experience Required Applicants must have prior painting experience and be able to work independently without training.

Experience should include:

Masking and covering Surface preparation: Pressure washing Patching Scraping Sanding Skim coating Texturing Interior and exterior painting Brush and roller application Paint sprayer operation: Priming and setup Maintaining proper pressure and paint flow Cleaning and maintaining equipment Ladder work and general jobsite safety Additional Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel to different job locations as needed Must arrive ready to work each day Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship Job Type Full-time Employee position Pay is based on experience and performance.

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
