Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, AIR

sprayers, or power tools with precision and efficiency. Perform surface repairs including patching holes, filling cracks, and restoring damaged areas through masonry or restoration techniques. Collaborate with project managers to estimate materials needed for projects and assist in construction estimating tasks when required. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship throughout each project. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and scaffolding safely. Strong knowledge of color theory to achieve desired aesthetic effects. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project planning. Experience with fixture installation, maintenance tasks, welding basics, and handyman skills beneficial for comprehensive project support.
