$30.00•$45.00 per hour (based on experience and skill)

Monday to Friday, Day shift (occasional weekends as needed) Overview Vivid Accent Painting Co. is looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in producing clean, consistent, and high-quality work. The right candidate will be dependable, skilled in various application methods, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We focus on quality, safety, and professionalism on every job. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly, follow direction, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment Responsibilities Perform exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, priming, caulking, and masking Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety requirements, including proper PPE use Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding and lift materials up to 100 lbs Work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience Strong skills with brush, roller, and spray application Experience with cabinet painting or staining is a plus Able to work well as part of a team and follow direction Reliable transportation to job sites Willing to travel to various job sites in different cities. Comfortable working at heights and performing physical labor Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify Interview required; skill test may be requested What We Offer $30.00•$45.00 hourly rate, depending on experience Training and support for skill development Variety of work sites and project types How to Apply If you're a reliable, skilled painter who values teamwork and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
