Full-time, W-2 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Body / Paint Repair Technician to work at a fixed dealership or facility location in Southern California. This role focuses on dent pulling, minor body repair, and paint refinishing on bumpers and light body panels.

You'll:

Perform dent pulling, minor body repair, filler work, and panel reshaping Prep, mask, base, and clear coat bumpers and light body panels Repair cosmetic damage to meet dealership recon standards Maintain consistent quality, efficiency, and cleanliness Communicate professionally with service managers and dealership staff Accurately document completed work and repairs

You Have:

3-5+ years of hands-on experience in: Dent pulling / minor body repair Bumper and panel refinishing Prep and paint work (mobile or shop environment) Strong understanding of panel repair, filler application, sanding, and blending Ability to work independently in a production-based environment Valid California driver's license and reliable personal transportation Ability to pass a background check after a conditional offer (CA Fair Chance Act) Physical ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
