Apartment Painter

Are you an experienced, detail-oriented painter who works well independently? Oasis Townhomes is seeking a Full-Time Painter to join our team and help maintain the high-quality standards of our 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes.

Responsibilities:

Interior painting of units during resident move-outs (unit turns) Surface preparation including patching, sanding, and priming Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper cleanup after each job Complete work in a timely, efficient manner while meeting quality expectations Work independently with minimal supervision

Supplies Management Qualifications:

2 years experience in property management or multifamily Must have previous Interior painting experience (required) Strong attention to detail and a fast-paced work style Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently Must be able to work independently and meet daily deadlines Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, full-time 8am - 5pm Why Join Us?
