bring reliable professionals steady work while maintaining top-tier service for our clients. Job Description We are seeking experienced General Painting Subcontractors to take on residential and commercial projects. This includes interior and exterior painting jobs sourced directly through our network. Subcontractors will be responsible for managing and completing assigned painting projects efficiently, safely, and to professional standards. Scope of Work Projects may include: Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors) Exterior painting (homes, buildings, fences, decks) Surface prep (sanding, scraping, pressure washing, priming) Minor drywall repair and patchwork Caulking, sealing, and finishing work Cleanup and proper disposal of materials What We're Looking For We're not just looking for painters, we're looking for professionals who take pride in their work. Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and clean finishing work Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or with a small crew Licensed and insured (general liability a must) Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale or multi-unit projects Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and applications Ability to estimate jobs accurately (a plus, not required) What We Offer Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with a scaling service network
