Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services in both commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and be familiar with construction site operations. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of color theory, and the ability to work effectively with hand tools and equipment. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Work on commercial painting projects, including walls, ceilings, and fixtures installation. Execute industrial painting tasks that may involve stucco and drywall applications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with construction teams on-site to meet project deadlines and specifications. Utilize knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate colors for their projects. Follow all safety protocols while working on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in commercial or industrial painting. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment effectively. Knowledge of stucco application techniques and drywall finishing is a plus. Ability to perform fixture installations as part of the painting process. Understanding of color theory and its application in various projects. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
