Job Description

Job description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter skilled in both interior and exterior painting for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniques to deliver high-quality, durable finishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming paints, stains, and coatings to interior and exterior commercial spaces Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment safely and efficiently Follow project specifications, schedules, and safety guidelines Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial interior and exterior painting Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to meet physical demands of the job and work at heights
