Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary. Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying and brush techniques. Perform industrial and commercial painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes. Assist with concrete finishing and plastering as needed. Collaborate with carpenters for fixture installation and maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material needs and project timelines. Skills Proficiency in caulking, industrial painting, commercial painting, and airless paint spraying techniques. Experience with concrete finishing and plastering is preferred.
