Looking for a dedicated Painter who wants to learn and grow with the company Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying equipment. Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Utilize basic math skills to calculate paint quantities and coverage areas accurately. Perform frame carpentry tasks as necessary to prepare surfaces for painting. Operate hand tools safely and effectively in various construction settings. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout all stages of the painting process. Qualifications Proven experience in painting is preferred Familiarity with stucco application techniques is a plus. Ability to operate airless paint spraying equipment effectively. Strong skills in using hand tools for preparation and finishing tasks. Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating material needs. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
