Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will prepare, coat, and cure metal parts to achieve a durable, high-quality finish. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing consistent results and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Colorado Springs, CO 80915 $20/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM-2:30 AM Responsibilities Apply powder coating to metal parts using spray equipment Prepare surfaces through cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment Operate curing ovens and related equipment to ensure proper finish quality Inspect finished parts and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE Requirements Previous powder coating experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes is a plus We offer competitive pay, consistent hours, and a supportive work environment.
