Commercial Painters & Laborers We are seeking dependable, hardworking Commercial Painters and Laborers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, maintain production goals, and work well in a team-oriented commercial construction environment. Commercial Painter Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of commercial painting experience preferred Experience with new construction and/or renovation projects Ability to brush, roll, prep, mask, caulk, sand, and follow project specifications Conventional airless spray experience is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with foremen and project teams Must be able to follow direction, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently to meet production schedules Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional on job sites Laborer Opportunities We are willing to train motivated laborers who have basic familiarity with: Painting and prep work Sanding and caulking Masking and job site protection General construction labor Requirements Applicants must have: Reliable transportation Driver's License or Legal ID Social Security Card Required PPE including: Safety glasses Hard hat Work boots Basic hand tools including: Brushes Rollers 5-way tool Masker Benefits We offer competitive pay and benefit packages including: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Sick Leave Benefits available after one (1) year of employment during the company open enrollment period.
