Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly while adhering to safety protocols Experience Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction estimating processes Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment on construction sites Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate finishes that complement design goals

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
