Painter - Residential Property Maintenance Carlton Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to join our property maintenance team in East Lyme, CT. The ideal candidate will have experience with interior and exterior painting, apartment turnovers, drywall repair, and general property upkeep. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Paint apartments, common areas, offices, and exterior surfaces as needed Complete drywall repairs and touch-ups Maintain clean and safe work areas Assist with apartment turnovers and property improvement projects Work closely with maintenance staff and property management to complete assignments efficiently Qualifications Previous painting experience required (residential or commercial) Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic drywall and patchwork skills preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Stable, year-round employment Supportive team environment If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
