Dattco DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management Division has an opening for a Painter in New Britain, CT. DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned transportation company with over 2,500 employees throughout New England. The APM division provides property management services including landscaping, facilities management and construction to DATTCO divisions, as well as external customers.DATTCO Offers:

Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, cleaning, and applying primer Select and mix paints to match colors and textures Safely operate painting equipment and tools Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all timesMinimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter Ability to climb ladders safely Proficiency in operating man lifts Strong attention to detail Knowledge of building and facilities maintenance practices is a plus Painting techniques and processes Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes Ability to work independently and in a team Good physical condition and stamina to handle manual labor Excellent time management skills Valid driver's license Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes.Similar remote jobs
