Painter/Epoxy Flooring Laborer TC Facility Services - 5.0 Stratford, CT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Masonry Spanish English Attention to detail Driving Time management Full Job Description Reputable industrial/commercial cleaning and coatings company is looking for skilled commercial painters and floor coating specialists with a minimum of two years working experience in the following fields: Commercial Coatings Epoxy Flooring Interior and Exterior Painting Caulking/Pointing Concrete masonry repairs Surface Preparation (Diamond Grinding, Shot Blasting, Scarification) To be successful applicants should have great stamina, physical strength, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to understand clients' visions, follow directions, and complete projects on time and to budget. Requirements include, and are preferred and not limited to: Ability to concentrate on and complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to use materials/supplies in an efficient manner. Experience operating power tools and equipment. Knowledge of application techniques. Attention to detail. Ability to plan work and select proper tools. Must be willing to work overtime, second shift, and weekends when necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work from ladders and aerial work platforms. Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions in English in order to perform the duties of this job in a safe and effective manner for the successful operation of the business. Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Physical requirements:

Standing 70%, Walking 20%, Sitting 10%- Ability to lift minimum of 100 pounds. Wage is negotiable, depending on proven experience and skill level.
