All drywall finishing is complete and surfaces are paint-ready.
Scope of Work:
Paint all ceilings — even finish, no lap marks Paint all walls — full coverage, clean edges and corners Paint baseboards, door casings, and window trim Paint all interior doors (both sides) Cut in all edges cleanly — no tape bleed, no overspray on adjacent surfaces Two coats where required for full coverage
Requirements:
Proven experience with interior residential painting Clean, detailed finish work — this is a condo, not a rough build Must supply own tools and equipment Ability to bid the job based on scope References or photos of similar work preferred
