Painters Responsibilities:

Painters must be skilled in surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, as well as using various painting tools and equipment. Interior and exterior painting, rolling and spraying Waterproofing Pressure Washing To have basic experience with patching drywall for minor repairs. Concrete patching Team player Must be knowledgeable and able to operate an articulating boom and be able to set up and work from scaffolding. Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear when necessary. Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines. Ability to follow and execute instructions: Demonstrates strong listening and communication skills, ensuring that work is completed according to client or supervisor specifications and preferences. Capable of following detailed instructions and delivering results within the required timeframe.

Qualifications:

Reliable Transportation is required daily to get to scheduled jobs. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Valid Driver's License Must reside in South Palm Beach or Broward County Must be neat, clean and organized Looking for reliable dedicated workers who can work independently and as a team.
