Commercial Construction Services Description:
Commercial Construction Services (CCS) was founded in 2014 by our in-house construction professional, who has worked as a general contractor in residential, commercial, and healthcare spaces over his nearly 40 years in the construction industry. Role Responsibilities:
Oversee and manager all aspects of the paint project(s) assigned to you Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, and to CCS quality standards Coordinate painting activities with assigned crew and/or subcontractors Manage the procurement of necessary painting materials, equipment, and supplies Lead and supervise the assigned team of painters, providing guidance, training, and motivation Inspect work regularly, including near the end of each shift, to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Identify problems as they arise and notify the Field Manager of them Communicate effectively with management, employees, subcontractors, and customers Your Qualifications (The "Must Haves"): High school diploma or GED 5+ years' experience painting in commercial or healthcare facilities 2 years' experience acting as a supervisor or crew leader Comprehensive knowledge of paint and coatings application methods, preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Basic hand tools EEOC We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams is key to our success.
