The Painting Craftsmen is a residential painting company known for high-quality work and a great team environment. We take pride in our craft and are looking for someone motivated to learn the trade from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

You don't need to be a pro yet—we'll teach you everything. You will start by supporting our lead painters and learning the essentials:

Preparation:

Sanding, masking, caulking, and filling holes.

Site Setup:

Protecting furniture and floors with drop cloths and tape.

Painting:

Learning professional brush, roller, and spray techniques.

Cleanup:

Maintaining a tidy workspace and cleaning tools properly.

What We're Looking For:

Reliability:

You're eager to learn, take direction well, and have a positive vibe.

Physical Fitness:

Comfortable on ladders and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to
