Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter / Finisher (High-End Finish) to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in cabinetry finishing, painting, and woodworking, who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. What You'll Do Finish and refinish cabinetry to high-quality standards Perform spray painting on cabinets and related materials Execute woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Requirements:
What We're Looking For Experience in cabinetry finishing/refinishing Proficiency in spray painting techniques Strong woodworking skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfort using basic math and measuring tools High attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn Strong teamwork skills Commitment to following safety, quality, and company policies Knowledge & Skills (Preferred)
Equipment Experience:
Table saw Wall saw Chop saw Jig saw Variety of hand tools
