Overview Join our team as a Painter in helping those in our area make their house a beautiful home. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and expertise whIke being apart of team that supports you, cares about giving you an enjoyable and rewarding environment and wants to see you succeed. Responsibilities Basic to advanced knowledge of painting skills and techniques. Be able to prep properly, including caulking and sanding needed surfaces. Being able to prep for the next workday or next job. Comfortable with heights and the use of ladders including extensions. Be able to work in the homes with cleanliness and respect to the homeowner as a priority. Timeliness and ensuring to communicate when it is needed. Be a worker who is ready to show adaptability and a ready to work attitude. Can maintain a clean work environment, including dress and grooming( not talking about paint on your clothes) Skills . 1-3 years of experience with residential and commercial painting techniques using hand tools, power tools, paint spraying equipment. Skilled in plastering, caulking. Ability to work at 20+ FT of heights. Skilled in having a painters eye for The work Ability to work exterior and interiors. Skilled in the order and pick up of all materials.
