We're hiring an experienced painter who can make weathered aluminum enclosures look new again. You don't need to do any screening, only the painting portion. Proper prep, the right coatings, and a finish that stands up to Florida sun, rain, and humidity. What you'll do Prep and paint aluminum pool/screen enclosure frames: clean, de-oxidize, sand, and treat rust on hardware and fasteners Mask and protect screens, pavers, pool surfaces, and surrounding areas Apply primers and exterior coatings by brush, roller, and spray (HVLP/airless) Work safely from ladders and scaffolding at height Inspect finished work for coverage, adhesion, and a clean, uniform finish Keep job sites and equipment organized Communicate professionally with crew leads and homeowners on-site What we're looking for Proven painting experience on metal/aluminum substrates (required) Hands-on experience with pool enclosures, screen rooms, or similar exterior aluminum structures (required) Proficiency with spray equipment and surface prep for proper coatings adhesion Comfortable working outdoors and at heights in Florida weather Reliable, detail-oriented, able to work solo or with a crew Valid Florida driver's license (required) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/climb for extended periods Compensation & benefits $25
