Residential & Commercial Painter

Overview 360 H&C Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Painter to join our growing team. This role involves preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces for residential and commercial projects while delivering high-quality workmanship and professional results. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and experienced in surface preparation, painting techniques, clean job site maintenance, and customer-focused service. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, repairing imperfections, and applying primer. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment as required by the project. Protect surrounding areas (floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures) using tape, drop cloths, and plastic coverings. Meet established project timelines and report progress to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after job completion. Properly use and maintain assigned tools and equipment. Comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times. Experience Minimum of one (1) year of residential or commercial painting experience. Knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques. Knowledge in walls repair and ceiling repair including texture.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong attention to detail. Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods. Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor work environments. Flexible schedule based on project needs. May require working at heights using ladders or scaffolding. Safety Guidelines Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times. Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, masks or respirators. Ensure ladders, scaffolding, and equipment are inspected and secured before use. Maintain awareness of surroundings to prevent slips, trips, and falls. Safely handle and dispose of paints and hazardous materials.
