- Full-time Overview We are seeking an experienced Painter with drywall repair experience to join our maintenance team.
This position involves preparing, repairing, and painting occupied and vacant residential properties to ensure they are move-in ready and maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and multifamily properties Properly prepare surfaces including scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, masking, and priming Repair drywall including patching holes, replacing damaged sections, taping, mudding, texturing, and finishing Match existing textures and paint colors when required Pressure wash exterior surfaces prior to painting as needed Repair minor wood rot and trim damage before painting Maintain clean and organized job sites Complete work orders efficiently while meeting company quality standards Communicate with supervisors regarding project progress and material needs Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential painting experience Experience with drywall repair, finishing, and texture matching Knowledge of proper painting techniques, materials, and equipment Ability to work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders Basic hand tools and sprayer required Strong attention to detail and workmanship
