Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and/or exterior painting (scope will be discussed)
• Prepare surfaces properly (cleaning, sanding, priming, etc.)
• Deliver clean, precise, and high-quality finishes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Complete the project within agreed timelines

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed and insured contractor
• Proven experience with previous painting jobs
• Own tools and equipment required to complete the job
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable and professional communication

Compensation:

• $4,500 for the project (paid upon agreed terms)
