Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Interior/Exterior Painter to bring vibrant, durable finishes to residential and commercial properties. This energetic role involves transforming spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the beauty and longevity of each project. Whether working on interior walls, exterior facades, or restoration projects, you'll play a vital role in creating inviting and visually appealing environments. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools for efficient coverage. Execute detailed work on both interior and exterior surfaces including walls, ceilings, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, and concrete finishing. Perform surface repairs like plastering, caulking, and restoration to ensure smooth and flawless finishes. Maintain a clean workspace by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly while adhering to safety standards on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in residential painting as well as commercial or industrial painting projects with construction site experience. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment required for construction painting Skills in carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry (stucco), plastering, caulking, fixture installation, and remodeling are highly desirable. Familiarity with renovation processes including restoration work and maintenance tasks across various construction environments Excellent attention to detail combined with good physical stamina for long hours on-site performing detailed finishing work.
