Job Description:
Covenant Trade Group is a self-performing construction company based in LaFayette, GA looking for an experienced painter to join our finishes crew. We offer consistent work, W-2 employment, and a professional environment where quality actually matters. What you'll be doing: Interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects Surface prep — caulking, patching, sanding, and priming Sprayer, roller, and brush application Maintaining a clean and professional jobsite What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience Strong prep and finish skills — we don't cut corners Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Punctual, detail-oriented, and takes pride in the work Must pass pre-employment drug screening What we offer: W-2 employment with consistent work Steady project pipeline — no slow seasons sitting at home Growth opportunity as our finishes division expands
Pay:
$25.41 - $30.61 per hour
