Experienced Cabinet Painter (Production Shop)

[Pendergrass, GA] About the Role We are a high-end cabinet shop looking for an experienced cabinet painter who takes pride in their work. This is a production environment — speed and quality both matter. If you're just looking to clock in and collect a paycheck, this is not the place for you. We're building a team of people who care about what they produce. What You'll Be Doing Spraying cabinets using a flatline finishing system Working with water-based paints and stains Sanding and prep work (including use of a sanding robot) Maintaining consistent, high-quality finishes in a production setting Keeping your workspace clean and efficient Requirements (Non-Negotiable) MUST have production cabinet painting experience Must understand spray techniques, prep, and finishing processes Must be detail-oriented and take pride in your work Must be reliable and show up ready to work

We Will NOT Consider Applicants Who:

Have no cabinet painting experience Only have residential or occasional painting experience Are just looking for "a job" What We Offer $20-$25/hr depending on experience 40 hours per week (steady work) 40 hours PTO after 3 months Clean, organized shop with modern equipment (flatline sprayer, sanding robot) How to Apply Apply through Indeed and include details of your cabinet painting experience.
