The role is a full-time, in-person commitment focused on high-quality applications of clear coats, paints, and custom stains.

Core Responsibilities High-End Surface Prep:

Clean, sand, and fill imperfections to ensure flawless surfaces for luxury-standard finishing.

Precision Application:

Use HVLP spray systems to apply clear coats, paints, and varnishes with even coverage and no defects.

Stain Matching:

Mix pigments and stains to achieve exact color, texture, and sheen requirements for custom projects.

Shop Management:

Maintain spray equipment,and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements & Benefits Experience:

At least 1 year of HVLP spray experience is required.

Organization:

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

Expertise in wood species characteristics and how they respond to different finishing materials.
