We specialize in residential and commercial projects, including surface preparation and spall repair, and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and want consistent, long-term employment. Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting Surface prep (patching, sanding, caulking, masking) Minor spall repair (chip-out, treat, patch, and prep for paint) Brush, roll, and spray application Maintain clean and professional job sites Work efficiently with crew to meet project timelines Skills 2+ years of hands-on painting experience (Journeyman 3-5+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of surface preparation Ability to cut clean, straight lines Experience with brush, roll, and spray application Familiarity with paint systems, primers, and coatings Experience with minor spall repair (preferred or willing to learn) Ability to identify and address surface issues Comfortable working with ladders, scaffolding, and at heights Ability to maintain clean and organized job sites Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Work Ethic & Communication (REQUIRED): Must be reliable and show up on time every day Strong communication skills (able to follow instructions and communicate clearly with crew and supervisors) Must be responsive to calls/texts regarding scheduling and job updates Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment Must take accountability for your work Maintain a professional attitude on job sites Must be consistent and dependable (not looking for short-term job hoppers)
Requirements:
Valid Hawaii driver's license Reliable transportation (legal vehicle) Must have basic tools (brushes, hand tools, etc.) Able to work at heights (ladders, scaffolding) Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
