$17-$22 80 hours PTO, weekly pay, 401K with company match About the Role Have you spent at least 6 months to 2 years holding a brush or roller? We are looking for an Apprentice Painter with some baseline experience who is ready to transition into Journeyman Painter. You should already know your way around a job site. We will provide training, mentorship, and steady workflow to help you step up your career and your earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing Prep Work:
Executing high-quality taping, masking, sanding, caulking, and drywall patching.
Precision Painting:
Applying finishes smoothly and efficiently using brushes and rollers on residential/commercial projects.
Skill Advancement:
Learning advanced techniques, including professional spray gun operation, specialty coatings, and job site management.
Efficiency:
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and helping keep projects on schedule.
What We're Looking For Experience:
6 months to 2 years of painting or relevant construction/prep experience.
The Basics Down:
You know how to prep a wall, clean a brush properly, and work safely.
Detail-Oriented:
You take pride in clean lines and neat work.
Physical Capability:
Comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, and lifting to 50 lbs.
Reliability:
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a track record of showing up on time.
