ESSENTIAL DUTIES

All Items listed below are in addition to the requirements for an Apprentice. SAFETY Complete basic safety training certifications listed for Apprentices. Become an ambassador for Safety & promote awareness in others. Obtain OSHA 30 Certification & meet all deadline requirements for Safety Paperwork & Incident Reporting.

COATINGS

Know the right product for the right job. Understand the basics of color therapy & have an advanced knowledge of all primers, Int/Ext paints & stains, & all basic base types.

SPRAYERS

Advanced knowledge of sprayers & basic equipment repair & maintenance.

ACI QUALITY PREP

Set up all job sites with necessary equipment & supplies & do so, quickly & routinely.

JOB BREAKDOWN

Thorough clean the job site & break down a sprayer to the ball.

APPLICATION

Cut & roll 300 sq-ft/hour, brush & roll doors, roll high gloss smooth wall, spray & back-roll interior, properly trim out exterior, basics of spraying an interior, basics of log home chinking & staining, advanced Int/Ext stain techniques, & paint & stain fiberglass doors.
