Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our team of painters and stainers. The primary responsibilities include completing daily painting and staining assignments on schedule and ensuring that work is performed to our standards and final specifications. Creativity and self-motivation are also important traits, as the painter is under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Properly prepare substrates by scraping, sanding, caulking, etc. Apply paint to walls, stain to wood, etc. Interior and exterior paint application techniques required Adjust and maintain painting tools and equipment. Operate a paint sprayer or roller. Set up ladders and other equipment as needed Proper use of pressure washer on a variety of substrates Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial painting, including surface preparation, priming, staining, and finishing Proficient with hand tools, spray systems, and basic plastering; ability to read blueprints and follow construction drawings Knowledge of color theory, finishing techniques, and accurate color matching Strong renovation and site-use skills, basic math, and carpentry/trim carpentry abilities Construction site experience and reliability in meeting quality standards
