Job Summary:

The Painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming Apply paint, varnish, stains, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Perform minor repairs to surfaces as needed

Qualifications:

Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of painting tools and techniques Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required

Work Environment:

May involve indoor and outdoor work Requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
