The ideal candidate will have a 2-4 years of professional painting experience, with an ability to train an apprentice. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient production workflow, minor problem solving and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Manage daily production activities to meet current goals and deadlines. Supervise and train painting techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Oversee the use of hand tools and other equipment to ensure proper preparation and application of paint products. Collaborate with owner to improve production processes and enhance service quality. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the work trailor Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
