The ideal candidate will have a 2-4 years of professional painting experience, with an ability to train an apprentice. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient production workflow, minor problem solving and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Manage daily production activities to meet current goals and deadlines. Supervise and train painting techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Oversee the use of hand tools and other equipment to ensure proper preparation and application of paint products. Collaborate with owner to improve production processes and enhance service quality. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the work trailor Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Qualifications Proven experience in a management role is preferred but not required Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. 2-4 years experience as a professional painter. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of production workers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining quality standards.
