Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Painter / Power Washing Technician to join a growing team specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. This position involves a variety of interior and exterior painting duties, power washing services, and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior painting or power washing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Job Summary Perform high-end interior painting projects Complete exterior painting and finishing work Operate power washing equipment for residential and commercial properties Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and masking Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and other painting tools Load, transport, and handle painting supplies and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and elevated surfaces Assist with other duties as assigned Experience Previous painting and/or power washing experience required 3+ years of professional painting experience preferred Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques Experience using brushes, rollers, and power washing equipment Familiarity with handling paint supplies, including 5-gallon paint containers Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, self-motivated, and hardworking Comfortable climbing ladders and working at various heights Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and remain on your feet throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Knowledge of proper painting preparation and finishing techniques Ability to safely operate power washers and related equipment
