This is a great opportunity for college students or anyone looking for hands-on work, competitive pay, and the chance to work outdoors during the season. No experience is required, although it is preferred. We provide training for all new team members. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. MUST BE 18+ Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, sprayers (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable with ladders and physical labor Painting experience is preferred but not required.
