Job Description
Overview Join our team as an Interior Painter and bring spaces to life with color, precision, and craftsmanship! In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential and commercial interiors through expert painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing touches. Your skills will ensure that every project meets high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal. We have contracts with 3 apartment properties and are continuing to grow every week. Most of your week will consist of turning units to ensure they are painted for the next tenant. Experience isn't required but preferred. So far we are a women ran and operated team but Are open to any candidate! As for hours, we are contracted in to paint when there are move outs. Therefore pay fluctuates along with hours but we can guarantee a profitable paycheck. Pay is based off a percentage of each unit. If you have any questions feel free to reach out! Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint using hand tools such as brushes and rollers. Execute residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail. Requirements Showing up Is very important, we are a small business so your help is meaningful to us. There is no strict dresscode. Be respectful to maintenance and other staff on property.
