Exterior Painter

Crews Premier Painting is hiring hardworking, reliable individuals to join our exterior painting team this summer. We are a fast-growing, high-performance painting company looking for team members who take pride in their work and show up ready to get better every day. No prior painting experience is required — we provide full training. What we can't teach is attitude, effort, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

Paint/Stain exterior residential painting projects Prep surfaces (scraping, sanding, taping, etc.) Apply paint and finishes with attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time Work with clients Opportunities for potential marketing

What We're Looking For:

Highly motivated and strong work ethic Punctual and dependable (showing up on time is non-negotiable) Respectful and professional with team members and clients Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions Physical capability to handle ladders, lifting, and long workdays
