What You'll Be Doing Prep work (sanding, masking, patching, caulking) - this is where most people fail Assisting painters and learning the trade step-by-step Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional Working efficiently without being constantly told what to do This role is hands-on, physical, and detail-oriented.
