What You'll Be Doing Prep work (sanding, masking, patching, caulking) - this is where most people fail Assisting painters and learning the trade step-by-step Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional Working efficiently without being constantly told what to do This role is hands-on, physical, and detail-oriented. What We Expect (Non-Negotiable) Show up on time, every day Work hard even when no one is watching Take correction without attitude Stay off your phone and be focused on the job Bring a positive, respectful attitude to the team Take pride in doing things right—not just fast What We're Looking For Experience is NOT required.
