We're looking for someone who can represent that same standard on-site . About the Role This is more than just a painting position. You'll be the owner's right-hand person in the field —helping run jobs, maintain quality, and ensure customers feel confident throughout the entire project. You'll work alongside subcontractor crews and help make sure everything meets our expectations. What You'll Do Represent the company professionally on jobsites Communicate with customers and answer basic questions Ensure quality standards (prep, finish, cleanliness) are consistently met Help coordinate materials and job readiness Take progress photos and document work Support and guide subcontractor crews when needed Keep jobs organized, clean, and on schedule What We're Looking For We care about ownership, attention to detail, and professionalism just as much as experience.
