In this role, you will be responsible for transforming residential spaces through expert painting techniques, ensuring high-quality finishes that enhance the beauty and value of our clients' homes. Your expertise in various painting methods, surface preparation, and finishing will contribute to our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation projects, utilizing your skills in both interior and exterior residential painting to deliver outstanding results. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray equipment including airless paint sprayers, and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and schematics to accurately execute painting projects according to design specifications Perform surface repairs including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work as needed for a smooth finish Utilize knowledge of color theory to select appropriate colors and finishes that meet client preferences and project requirements Operate construction estimating tools to assess project scope and materials needed for accurate job planning Maintain safety standards on construction sites by handling scaffolding, working at heights, and using personal protective equipment effectively Requirements Some experience in painting or general labor preferred (not required) Willingness to learn and work hard Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions Able to use basic tools (we will train on everything else) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and good work ethic Comfortable on ladders and working at heights Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Join us as a Residential Painter if you're passionate about creating beautiful living spaces through expert craftsmanship!
