Job Description

This position involves cleaning and painting apartments and rental houses to prepare them for new tenants. The ideal candidate has a year or more experience with residential cleaning and painting and is ok with cleaning residences that are very dirty at times. This will initially be a temporary position but can potentially become permanent based on job performance and the needs of the company.
Requirements include:
valid driver's license & reliable transportation ability to lift at least 30 pounds ability to stand for multiple hours at a time ability to work independently good time management skills

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
