Overview Join our team as a Painter and bring vibrant visions to life across residential, commercial, and renovation projects! As a Painter, you will be responsible for transforming spaces with precision and professionalism, ensuring every surface is beautifully finished and protected. This paid position offers opportunities for growth and mastery in various painting techniques and power washing. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers and spray guns. Execute residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail, including wall coatings, trim carpentry and caulking. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites and handling all equipment responsibly. Manage time effectively across multiple projects while ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Requirements Proven experience in residential painting along with construction site experience; familiarity with commercial painting is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, brushes, rollers, scaffolding equipment, and power tools including airless sprayers. Basic math skills for measurements and estimations are essential. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is a plus.
