Job Title:

Interior & Exterior Painter (No Experience Required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Interior and Exterior Painters. This is an entry-level position, meaning no prior painting experience is necessary . We provide training and hands-on learning to help you develop professional painting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming) Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Follow instructions from crew leaders and complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites Protect furniture, flooring, landscaping, and surrounding areas during projects Work both independently and as part of a team Load, unload, and organize painting materials and tools

Requirements:

No experience required (training provided) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and climb ladders as needed Positive attitude and good communication skills Must be punctual and dependable Preferred (but not required): Any construction, labor, or general handyman experience Familiarity with basic tools
