Experienced Painters (1+yr exp. required)

Overview We are seeking skilled Painters to join our team, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of the restoration industry. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites but we are willing to train the right person. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Assist in remodeling projects by assembling and fabricating components as necessary. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Conduct restoration work on existing structures, including plaster repairs and fixture installations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in various painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints and finishes. Familiarity with plastering techniques for surface preparation and repair. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on construction sites. Previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical & background check.
