Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Use hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, and finishes with precision. Perform drywall repairs to achieve seamless results. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly while adhering to safety protocols on sites. Collaborate with team members and property management personel to meet project deadlines efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in interior painting within residential or commercial settings. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing and challenging projects. Knowledge of painting practices is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to coordinate effectively on-site.
